A Collaboration

The idea was born from a desire to create a craft seltzer with a truly unique and homespun character.

To bring this vision to life, Josh and Jason Sweet, the owners of Boss Dog Brewing Co., have joined forces with Ed Thompkins. Furthermore, we’ve partnered with our friends at Laurello Vineyards. They bring an exceptional element to our seltzer by harvesting Vidal Icewine Grapes, a process that only occurs when temperatures consistently fall below 18 degrees for three consecutive days.

This collaboration has given rise to an entirely original project, something we genuinely believe has never been attempted before. We’re incredibly enthusiastic about this venture and look forward to sharing more updates with you soon.
